What is High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography? Question from Mark.. Tony answered...High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography requires that you understand traditional photography and put your camera in the "MANUAL MODE". This enables you to make incremental adjustments to your shutter speed, from under exposure to over exposure. This procedure will enable you to accomplish High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography.See the images below comparing Traditional Digital Images to (HDR) Real World Images.

We would like to thank Tony for his reply to your various photography forum questions.
1. What is the function of a camera? A. To collect or capture light in order to make an image. 2. How does the camera capture light? A. Through
calibration involving the camera lens, aperture value, shutter speed and sensor.. B. Aperture
value is analogous to the pupil of your eye it opens & closes based on the “F”
stop setting which are light sensitive. C. Shutter
speed is a measurement of time that is analogous to the blinking of your eye. 3. What is white balance and how do I set a white
balance. A. White

ambient temperatures.Ex. Sunny day, Cloudy Day or incandescent etc. 4. How do I set a Custom White Balance? A. Set your camera mode switch to “M” Manual. B. Use a Kodak 18% Grey Card.(purchase at a photo

dynamic range) of the
image. B. Most digital SLR cameras can be set(in the menu) to
take pictures in sRGB or in the preferred RGB setting.
8. What is the difference between a 6 mega pixel
camera and a 12 mega a pixel camera? A. The higher the pixel value the greater the
resolution (for instance the amount of detail is greater in an image with
higher resolution).Higher
resolution cameras are not necessarily better; the choice depends on whether
you often crop or greatly enlarge your photographs and the type of photographs
you take most often. 9. Why do I lack confidence taking pictures when I
first turn my camera on? A. Because you have not attended our photography course.
We guarantee that you will gain the confidence and knowledge that you lack
after you take our course. As a result you will consistently take better photographs and enjoy
greater success with your photography.
